We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join CSC in Dublin on a 1-year fixed term contract. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across Ireland, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, inclusive hiring process and a strong candidate experience. You'll also support hiring across EMEA as business needs require.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles from entry-level through senior hires across multiple business lines in Ireland and, as needed, EMEA
- Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, timelines, assessment approach, and sourcing strategy
- Build and execute sourcing plans using tools and platforms to identify and engage talent in the Irish market (and broader EMEA where required)
- Maintain accurate pipelines and activity in the ATS, using data to drive momentum, reduce time-to-hire, and support decision-making
- Provide clear, timely communication and guidance to candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Coach and advise hiring managers on selection best practices, interview capability, and market insights (availability, compensation trends, and talent pools)
- Support an inclusive hiring approach by helping embed diversity-focused sourcing and fair, consistent assessment practices
- Partner with Recruitment Support on background screening, global mobility coordination (where applicable), and onboarding readiness
Required qualifications:
- Experience managing a portfolio of full-cycle recruitment within financial services (in-house or agency) across Ireland.
- Experience recruiting across multiple jurisdictions and partnering with global stakeholders
- Strong sourcing capability (e.g., proactive search, outreach, and pipeline building)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a practical problem-solving approach
- Ability to work autonomously while staying accountable to team goals, service levels, and outcomes
- Familiarity with recruitment process governance (e.g., structured interviewing, documentation standards, and audit-ready practices)
