Job Description:

We're building something ambitious — and the people behind it matter enormously. Based in Dublin, this role sits at the operational heart of our international hiring engine. You'll manage busy pipelines, support sourcing campaigns, and make sure every candidate across EMEA and APAC has a professional, human experience from first contact to final decision.

This is an early-career role — but don't let that fool you. The quality of your work directly shapes how efficiently we hire and how candidates feel about us as an employer across the region. Your impact is real from day one.

Who you're committed to being
  • Someone who takes pride in keeping things organised — pipelines tidy, data accurate, nothing slipping through the cracks

  • A communicator who treats candidates with warmth and professionalism, knowing that every interaction shapes our reputation

  • Genuinely curious about talent strategy — you want to understand the 'why', not just execute the 'what'

  • Comfortable in ambiguity and energised by pace — shifting priorities don't faze you, they sharpen your focus

  • A collaborative colleague who flags problems early, shares context generously, and gets things done without being chased

What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day pipeline management for active EMEA and APAC requisitions — keeping candidates progressing, informed, and never left waiting

  • Conduct initial screens for high-volume roles, assessing qualifications, interest, and culture fit before handing over to hiring teams

  • Support regional sourcing campaigns: job board postings, agency coordination, and candidate outreach sequences

  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene in the ATS (Workday), ensuring every activity is accurately logged and pipeline metrics are trustworthy

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones — a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike

  • Deliver clear weekly pipeline updates, flagging risks, bottlenecks, and sourcing gaps

  • Represent us at Dublin talent events and virtual hiring events, building our employer brand on the ground

  • Contribute to continuous improvement — spotting friction in the candidate journey and proposing practical fixes

  • Flex hours when needed to support our Australia hiring team with screening, scheduling, and hiring manager conversations

Experience you'll bring
  • 2–3 years in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a closely related function

  • Proven ability to juggle high volumes of tasks or candidates with strong attention to detail — you don't drop the ball

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English; additional EMEA languages (French, German, Dutch) are a genuine advantage

  • Exposure to volume recruiting, candidate screening, or pipeline coordination — corporate or agency experience both welcome

  • Familiarity with international labour markets or regional candidate experience expectations is a bonus, not a barrier

  • Experience supporting sourcing campaigns, job postings, or talent event logistics

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of relevant TA or HR experience

  • Strong organisational and multitasking discipline

  • Professional written and verbal communication

  • Comfort in fast-paced, shifting-priority environments

  • Workday experience (or a fast learner with new platforms)

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Preferred
  • Multilingual fluency in an EMEA language (Dutch, German, French, etc.)

  • Exposure to international hiring norms or labour markets

  • Agency or corporate volume recruiting background

  • Experience at talent events or employer brand initiatives

  • Genuine career ambition within the TA field

Why you’ll love working here:
  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.

  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.

  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.

  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.

  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
