Own end-to-end delivery of technology training programs, from signed statement of work through client evaluation. Manage schedules, budgets, profitability, instructors, cloud environments, stakeholders, and client relationships across projects lasting weeks to a year. Support pre-sales discovery, coordinate resources, facilitate client and instructor alignment, and maintain delivery quality and satisfaction.

Sell Pluralsight's SaaS learning platform to enterprise customers by hunting new business, expanding existing accounts, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, applying MEDDPICC/value-based selling, developing territory and account plans, collaborating with internal teams, and traveling to meet customers to close large deals.

Generate new business pipeline by researching target accounts, outreaching via calls, email, and social, qualifying leads, and handing off sales-ready opportunities. Partner with Sales and Marketing, track pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce, and meet monthly appointment and pipeline quotas.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for EMEA Revenue leadership, driving organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Advise executives, use data to solve organizational challenges, and lead cross-functional initiatives to build high-performing teams.
