Job Purpose and Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Help develop and implement recruitment strategies: This includes identifying sourcing channels, optimizing job postings, and developing employer branding initiatives.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: From posting jobs and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the entire hiring journey.
• Source candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs, to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and recruitment agencies.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools: Employ technology to streamline the hiring process and track candidates.
• Monitor and improve recruitment metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers: Assist hiring managers in understanding hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
• Contribute to employee retention: Understand the importance of a good candidate and employee experience, and work to improve retention efforts.
• Forecast future talent needs: Analyze current and future staffing needs to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.
• Budget for recruitment costs: Manage and track the costs associated with recruitment activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
- Broad knowledge in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR
- Background in hiring technical roles for Software Development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Location: Remote
Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
