Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead training programs for new and existing distribution partners, focusing on platform navigation, features, and best practices.

  • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while building scalable training solutions.
  • A data-driven decision-maker, using metrics and feedback to refine training effectiveness.
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to a range of audiences.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in training, enablement, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Experience designing and leading customer training programs at scale.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • A collaborative, growth-focused mindset—comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
