In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Clinical Operations teams. We are looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful careers in clinical research.  You will partner closely with hiring leaders to deliver innovative recruitment strategies, strengthen our talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. Your expertise will help us attract top clinical talent and support our mission to advance healthcare through clinical research.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Use data and recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously improve processes.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities to expand the clinical talent pipeline.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and improve hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven talent acquisition experience within the clinical research or CRO industry, particularly supporting clinical roles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

  • Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, along with the ability to interpret hiring data.

  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and process compliance, ensuring recruitment activities align with company policies and standards.
