About the Role

As a Supply Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of brewing, blending and beer supply operations across our network. Working closely with brewery teams, packaging sites and supply chain partners, you'll translate production plans into achievable schedules that maximise service levels, optimise inventory and drive operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a sophisticated and growing beer portfolio while supporting capacity expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and manage short-term brewing, blending and production schedules to meet demand and operational requirements whilst balancing customer service, inventory levels, asset utilisation and site constraints.

  • Maintain accurate stock visibility and reporting through SAP and planning systems.

  • Coordinate beer movements and tanker planning across breweries, packaging sites and third-party partners.

  • Support capacity planning activities and network expansion projects to enable future growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes, systems and ways of working.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and supply chain performance.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across other Diageo sites with close collaboration with the wider team based in St James Gate.

About you

You'll be a highly organised planning professional with the ability to balance complex priorities, analyse data, and build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you use insight and collaboration to develop effective plans, improve performance, and drive successful outcomes.

  • Proven experience developing and handling complex schedules across multiple constraints and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose issues, and support informed decision-making

  • Confident using planning and business systems, with the ability to investigate and resolve system-related issues

  • Experience monitoring KPIs and evaluating planning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships across functions and organisational levels

  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams behind common objectives

  • Proactive and collaborative approach, able to drive execution and deliver results without direct authority over stakeholders
