About the company

At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”

By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.

With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber.

Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.

Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.

About the role

Remote in EU or hybrid in Barcelona.

Nuitée is hiring a Supply Operations Manager to lead and scale our core supply operations functions: Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity.

You'll lead a team of around 15 people across these three functions, sitting at the centre of the supply organisation, accountable for making sure supply partners are onboarded efficiently, data quality is maintained, connectivity issues are resolved proactively, and operational performance keeps improving as Nuitée scales.

This is a new role at Nuitée. As the supply team has grown to around 30 people across regions, the need for a dedicated operational leader has become clear. Your job is to bring clear structure: ownership, processes, SLAs, and reporting that the team can actually run on.

A good way to think of it: you build the operational backbone behind one of the company's biggest growth targets, and act as the connective tissue between the technical and commercial sides of the business.

What makes it interesting for you
  • You lead a team from day one: 15 people across Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity, within a broader supply org of around 30
  • There are no legacy processes to untangle. You design the SOPs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks from scratch and see your fingerprint on how the entire supply org operates
  • You sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Account Management, a rare vantage point to understand how the whole business actually works
  • Hotel onboarding, inventory loading, and supplier connectivity are hard to get right at scale. You get to bring real structure and rigor to that problem.

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was profitable already before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. The supply organisation has real momentum and an aggressive growth target ahead of it, and this role is central to hitting it.

The kind of problems you'll work on
  • How do we get new supply partners onboarded on time, every time, without bottlenecks?
  • How do we make sure hotel inventory and rates are loaded correctly and efficiently into the system?
  • When a supplier connection breaks, who owns fixing it, and how fast can we resolve it?
  • How do we build dashboards and metrics so the business actually understands how supply is performing?
  • How do we forecast the volume of onboarding and connectivity work coming in, so we can plan capacity ahead of it?
  • What's being done manually today that should be automated through tools like HubSpot and Jira?
This role fits someone who
  • Has 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Operations, Onboarding, Connectivity, Travel Technology, or related functions
  • Has at least 5+ years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing operational teams
  • Has technical understanding of how onboarding, loading, mapping, and supplier integrations actually work; not just team management experience
  • Has demonstrated experience creating and implementing SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and scalable operational frameworks
  • Has experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar operational reporting and workflow automation tools
  • Exposure to travel, hospitality, OTA, bedbanks, or channel manager ecosystems is a strong plus

You will do well here if you are results-oriented, highly accountable, and energised by building structure in a fast-paced scaling environment.

This is less suited to someone who needs an established playbook to follow, or who is uncomfortable owning ambiguity across multiple teams at once.

If that resonates, we'd love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and typically takes 3 weeks.
