Lead hands-on backend development for 0-to-1 builds, R&D, strategic product experiments, and internal systems. Work directly with the CEO to turn ambiguous ideas into MVPs, implement integrations, and help scale successful experiments into production. Focus on API-driven platforms, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and rapid prototyping while collaborating across product, commercial, operations, and engineering teams.

Build and validate first versions of new backend products for travel infrastructure. Design and implement backend services and APIs, handle large pricing/data flows and distributed systems, collaborate with product and business, and take ownership from idea to real usage.

Be the hands-on technical owner of the LiteAPI product: design, implement, and operate backend/API infrastructure, lead technical decisions, work closely with product, stakeholders, and customers, and mentor engineers while shipping high-impact features in a fast-moving startup.

Lead a ~15-person team across Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity to scale supplier onboarding, ensure data quality, resolve connectivity issues, define SOPs/SLAs/KPIs, build reporting and dashboards, forecast capacity, and automate manual workflows to support rapid growth and cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, and commercial teams.

Support the SVP of Sales & Partnerships by building commercial operations: prepare proposals, RFPs, and meeting materials; coordinate inputs; track next steps; organize templates and case studies; use CRM data, reporting, and AI tools to speed research and drafting; ensure commercial work is prepared, organised, and moving forward.

Provide broad in-house legal support across corporate, commercial, privacy, and disputes. Draft and negotiate technology and SaaS agreements, manage governance and compliance across jurisdictions, oversee litigation and external counsel, support transactions and M&A diligence, and build legal processes and playbooks for a fast-growing global travel-technology platform.

Build and own the Product GTM function: define positioning, target segments, early-adopter selection, sales narratives, customer feedback loops, adoption metrics, and sales enablement to drive commercial adoption of technical B2B/API products. Hands-on IC role reporting to the CEO with a path to lead and scale the function.

Build the product-led GTM operating system: track, score, enrich, route, and convert inbound accounts. Integrate PostHog, HubSpot, website and product data, create dashboards, automations, AI-assisted workflows, and routing for Growth and Sales to prioritize high-potential accounts.

Lead the team owning Cupid, the mapping platform that normalizes hotel supplier data. Modernize systems, oversee matching, deduplication, enrichment, automation, and production ML to improve inventory quality, reduce manual work, and connect engineering, data/ML, and operations to commercial outcomes.
