Build and own the Product GTM function: define positioning, target segments, early-adopter selection, sales narratives, customer feedback loops, adoption metrics, and sales enablement to drive commercial adoption of technical B2B/API products. Hands-on IC role reporting to the CEO with a path to lead and scale the function.

Lead the Connect product group to drive commercial growth by setting product strategy, pricing, packaging, and P&L ownership across APIs, enterprise products, booking, mapping, and data. Work closely with engineering, sales, and customers, take direct ownership of core product (LiteAPI) initially, and build a PM team while prioritizing investments that increase adoption and revenue.

Own partner onboarding from signed contract to first 10 bookings: design SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, coordinate cross-functionally (BDMs, Support, Finance), build and lead an Implementation team, and optimize handover to Client Account Managers.
