  • Manage change management activities to ensure continued compliance.

 Performance Monitoring

  • Execute the supplier re-evaluation process.
  • Develop and analyse monthly reports covering key metrics and targets.
  • Analyse data from supplier NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and audits to drive performance visibility.

Performance Improvement & Issue Resolution

  • Manage the supplier NCR system to address non-conformances.
  • Lead regular supplier meetings to foster open discussion and resolve ongoing issues.

 New Production Introduction

  • Define and manage operational requirements and workflows between the company and suppliers for new production introductions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure supplier readiness for new PDUs and product line extensions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • 3–7 years of Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components and assemblies used in power distribution or related hardware industries.
  • Experience with supplier audits, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent communication and supplier-facing negotiation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in PDU, power electronics, electrical equipment, or electromechanical manufacturing.
