Strategic Client Engagement Director – Oracle Applications and Managed Services

At the heart of our Enterprise Applications Practice, we’re looking for a Strategic Client Engagement Director to spearhead our most important Oracle Applications customer relationships and win new business in our focus sectors.

• High Visibility & Impact: You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and own relationships with our top 5 growth accounts—these are high-value, high-potential customers where your leadership will directly influence our success.
• Innovation at Your Fingertips: Help customers unlock the full potential of their Oracle Finance, HR, and Supply Chain investments—while introducing cutting-edge technologies like AI to drive even greater value.
• Leadership & Influence: Lead our Solution Advisory team, shape strategic roadmaps, and work across Sales, Delivery, and Capability teams in a matrix environment to deliver real business outcomes.
• Strategic Growth Focus: You’ll not only nurture existing relationships but also lead net-new pursuits and own our strategic partnership with Oracle in key sectors.

What You Will Bring:

• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to operate at C-level
• Deep understanding of Finance and HR solutions, with hands-on experience in large ERP programmes
• A track record of influencing major deals and building trusted partnerships
• The ability to clearly articulate our unique value proposition and differentiate us in the market

Your Success Will Be Measured By:

• Revenue growth across our top 5 strategic accounts
• New contract wins in our focus sectors
  • Pipeline development and strategic account expansion
