Join Our Team as a Board Governance AssociateAt BlackRock, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who pays great attention to detail to join our team as a Board Governance Associate. In this role, you will be a key player in our administrative operations, providing support to our board of directors and ensuring smooth execution of our governance processes. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with board members to prepare and distribute meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including venue arrangements, travel accommodations, and catering
- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and minutes, maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
- Manage board-related documentation, maintaining a comprehensive and organized filing system
- Assist in implementing effective strategies for corporate governance and enhancing board effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform board discussions
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong motivation and determination to excel and surpass expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating and establishing strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
