Join our Strategic Account Management team as Strategic Account Intelligence, IBP & Value Lead. Based in France, Germany, Ireland or the UK, you will create a clear, forward-looking view of Resmed’s top 10 EMEA strategic accounts. You will connect account intelligence, demand planning and value modelling so that customer and business decisions are based on shared facts. Your work will support customer reviews, value-based partnerships and senior management planning across EMEA and globally.
What You’ll Do
Define and govern the master hierarchy for the top 10 EMEA strategic accounts.
Set shared metrics, business rules and data standards for strategic account reporting.
Maintain account intelligence and monitor consolidation and acquisition activity.
Bring the strategic account perspective into EMEA demand and commercial reviews.
Build account demand plans covering baseline forecasts, commercial goals, gaps and scenarios.
Track assumptions involving tenders, renewals, reimbursement changes and competitive activity.
Develop economic value cases and return-on-investment models for complex customer agreements.
Produce value scorecards for customer business reviews.
Define requirements for customer dashboards and internal account reporting.
Manage a BI and Analytics Engineer and partner across Finance, Sales Operations, Demand Planning and account teams.
A degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
A substantial background in commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, demand planning, strategic accounts or commercial analytics.
Proven ability to build economic value cases and return-on-investment models for complex business-to-business agreements.
Commercial judgement that goes beyond reporting and connects analysis with customer value.
The ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and executive-level narratives.
Confidence challenging forecasts with evidence and constructive reasoning.
A record of influencing senior stakeholders across countries and functions.
The ability to define data and dashboard requirements for technical teams.
Nice to Have
A postgraduate qualification.
Exposure to integrated business planning or sales and operations planning.
Knowledge of MedTech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another regulated business-to-business environment.
