Leads complex software and platform programs from concept through launch across distributed engineering and cross-functional teams. Owns planning, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, release strategies, executive reporting, and strategic prioritization. Partners with product, engineering, architecture, UX, quality, clinical, security, and operations teams while ensuring regulatory, privacy, and security requirements. Drives Agile and delivery-process improvements and mentors program and delivery professionals.

Lead product direction for software across ResMed’s connected therapy devices. Define roadmaps, prioritize user and business needs, write requirements, guide discovery, and measure outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and commercial teams through development and launch. Identify risks and dependencies, support post-launch learning, and improve product practices while coaching team members across the product organization.

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance MongoDB and MySQL/Aurora databases on AWS. Manage RDS/Aurora, support deployments via EKS/Kubernetes, handle schema versioning with GitHub and Flyway, monitor with CloudWatch/Datadog, ensure security, DR readiness, and support cross-platform migrations alongside development teams.

The Automation Test Engineer will design and develop AI-driven automated testing frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and ensure software quality through test automation and machine learning techniques.
