Design, optimize, and scale MongoDB and AWS RDS MySQL/Aurora database platforms. Manage database deployments in Kubernetes and EKS, develop data models and indexing strategies, optimize queries, monitor performance, manage schema versioning with GitHub and Flyway, and support migrations, security, disaster recovery, and platform reliability.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS backend services for digital health. Design, implement, test, and maintain serverless APIs and integrations; improve reliability, observability, CI/CD, and incident response; mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions across the product lifecycle.

Lead account intelligence and value for the Top-10 EMEA Strategic Accounts. Own account master hierarchy, data-model governance, demand plans, and IBP representation. Build per-account economic value cases and ROI models, specify customer dashboards and internal reporting, maintain risk/opportunity radar, and line-manage the BI/Analytics Engineer. Partner with SAM CoE, CMGs, Finance, Sales Ops, Demand Planning and IBP owners.
