Build and operate the data foundation for ResMed’s top EMEA strategic accounts. Responsibilities include integrating CRM, ERP, billing, pricing, and adherence data; developing governed account hierarchies and dimensional models; implementing commercial metrics; managing data quality, security, GDPR, and lineage; creating internal and customer-facing dashboards; and supporting IBP data feeds. The role owns end-to-end data engineering, analytics delivery, monitoring, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS backend services for digital health. Design, implement, test, and maintain serverless APIs and integrations; improve reliability, observability, CI/CD, and incident response; mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions across the product lifecycle.

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance MongoDB and MySQL/Aurora databases on AWS. Manage RDS/Aurora, support deployments via EKS/Kubernetes, handle schema versioning with GitHub and Flyway, monitor with CloudWatch/Datadog, ensure security, DR readiness, and support cross-platform migrations alongside development teams.
