IQVIA is recruiting Specialty Sales Representatives on behalf of one of our pharmaceutical partners to support the promotion of a portfolio of specialty medicines within specialist healthcare settings.

These roles focus on high‑quality, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and are part of a broader specialty care portfolio spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. The positions operate within a structured, compliant sales model and work closely with regional managers and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote assigned specialty medicines in line with the approved brand strategy and local regulations
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant healthcare professionals
  • Deliver high‑quality product discussions based on approved materials and messaging
  • Plan and manage territory activity to achieve agreed sales and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of activity using CRM systems
  • Stay up to date on disease areas, treatment pathways, and competitor landscape
  • Operate at all times in compliance with company policies, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice
Experience & Education
  • Experience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative, ideally within specialty or secondary care
  • Strong communication, organisation, and customer‑engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider sales team
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related discipline is preferred
Additional Requirements
  • Must be legally qualified to work as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative in the local country of employment
  • Must be fluent in the local native language and have business‑level English
  • Valid driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
