Designs, configures, tests, and deploys Laserfiche solutions for small- to medium-sized client projects. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading discovery and demonstrations, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and post-deployment support. The role also manages smaller projects by tracking timelines, budgets, communications, deliverables, and closeout activities. Solutions Engineers collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams, provide implementation support, test product releases, and share feedback to improve services and processes.
Laserfiche is looking for a dynamic Solutions Engineer who is a client‑focused problem solver, playing a critical role in guiding clients through every stage of the implementation journey. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, uncover technical and operational challenges, and translate those needs into well‑designed, scalable solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor—facilitating discovery conversations, proposing system configurations, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring seamless deployment.
Solutions Engineers collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure each implementation is executed with precision and aligned to client expectations. You will configure and deploy solutions, test functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear communication throughout the process to keep stakeholders informed and confident.
In addition to supporting complex implementations, Solutions Engineers may independently lead smaller‑scale projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets remain on track. This includes coordinating tasks, managing client expectations, documenting project outcomes, and delivering high‑quality results that drive long‑term client satisfaction and product adoption.
