Designs, configures, tests, and deploys Laserfiche solutions for small- to medium-sized client projects. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading discovery and demonstrations, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and post-deployment support. The role also manages smaller projects by tracking timelines, budgets, communications, deliverables, and closeout activities. Solutions Engineers collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams, provide implementation support, test product releases, and share feedback to improve services and processes.

Maintains and monitors a SaaS cloud service running on AWS, responding to incidents and troubleshooting system issues. Responsibilities include improving availability, scalability, reliability, and security; creating monitoring dashboards; investigating security events; assisting developers and support teams; applying operating system and third-party patches; and performing systems administration tasks. The role participates in a 24/7 cloud operations team and contributes to post-incident analysis and continuous DevOps improvements.

Leads modernization of legacy .NET and Windows systems into scalable, resilient Linux and AWS-native platforms. Designs cloud-native architectures, production systems, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineering teams. Applies LLMs and AI tools to development workflows and builds AI-powered features including semantic search, document ingestion, workflow automation, and agentic systems. Requires deep AWS, backend, API, distributed systems, observability, migration, and AI/ML experience.
