As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will become an expert in the Omni platform, empowering our customers to do more with their data throughout their lifecycle. You will work with companies across all different industries, regions, and company sizes. We have a high-touch forward-deployed model, and through our process you will constantly be learning and discovering new use cases and needs. You will advocate for our users, and help shape product direction as you share experiences and feedback from the field.
Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
Build and present white-gloved, high-touch Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, while enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data for AI and BI use cases
Smoothly transition trials into successful customers, by partnering with post-sales teams, and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support where needed.
Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
2-6+ years working in data analytics / BI
Experience in a client-facing role, desire to work closely with customers
Strong analytics skills, using SQL, Python, or similar
Desire to use AI at the core of your every day work
Passionate about working with data
Love learning and enthusiastic about helping and teaching others
Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools preferred (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sisense, etc)
*This role is hybrid in Dublin (3 days per week in-office). For candidates based in the UK, the position is fully remote
