The Product Expert role involves providing technical support to Omni customers, assisting them in using the product, solving data problems, and advocating for customer needs internally.

Sell Omni's AI analytics platform to Benelux mid-market and enterprise accounts. Manage full sales cycle using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys, lead POCs and workshops with Solutions Engineering, build channel and SI partnerships, develop renewal and upsell business cases, and produce accurate GTM forecasts to exceed quotas.

Identify and qualify new customers and partners, create and manage top-of-funnel campaigns across email and LinkedIn, accelerate conversion of warm/inactive prospects, craft persuasive copy, collaborate with sales and marketing, and iterate go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery, demos, and POCs for the Omni AI analytics platform. Partner with sales to prove use cases, transition trials to customers, mentor junior SEs, and feed product and engineering with field feedback.

Own the full sales cycle for Omni's BI/AI analytics platform across DACH mid-market accounts. Generate pipeline via outbound/inbound, qualify using MEDDPICC/3 Whys, run POCs with Solutions Engineering, build business cases, forecast territory, localize outreach in German, and collaborate with partners and internal teams for onboarding, cross-sell, and renewals.

Sell Omni's AI analytics SaaS to mid-market and enterprise accounts in Israel. Manage full sales cycle using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys, lead POCs with Solutions Engineering, build GTM pipeline via tech/SI partnerships, and drive renewals and cross-sells while forecasting accurately.
