We are looking for candidates with Test automation and Java experience. You will work in an agile environment to define testing requirements, write test scripts, and perform automated and manual testing. The role includes identifying defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with teams to deliver reliable software. You will also contribute to improving testing efficiency and focus on continuous skill development.Responsibilities:
- Work in an agile, collaborative environment with the developers, product stakeholders and offering teams to define test requirements for software applications and write test scripts.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams will begin before development starts and continue through final deployment.
- Perform rigorous regression, exploratory, integration testing using industry leading practices and using a mix of automated and manual testing.
- Discover defects/bugs and work with coders and product owners to determine root cause and how to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
- Work to ensure that all testing efforts adhere to the SOP’s, WI’s and other related procedures.
- Pursue a program of individual continuous improvement.
Required Expertise:
- 5–8 years of experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber and Selenium/WebDriver.
- Fluent in Java and familiar with one or more testing frameworks.
- Skilled in determining appropriate test cases at several levels: integration tests, functional tests, exploratory tests, regression tests.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agile software development participation.
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and use the skills efficiently.
Preferred Expertise:
- Experience using and developing test frameworks and automated test suites.
- Skilled in Selenium, Cucumber, IntelliJ, Jenkins and Git.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Clinical Trial Experience.
Required Education:
- Any bachelor's or master's degree in computer information systems, computer science or related field.
