About the Role

Udemy Business is seeking a technically adept Senior Product Manager, Ecosystems to drive the strategy and execution of our unified API and integration products. You will lead the development of REST/GraphQL APIs and no-code/low-code connectors, ensuring our solutions are developer-friendly and effectively meet the needs of systems integrators.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for creating excellent product experiences, down to the documentation. Your work will empower developers and partners to seamlessly integrate with Udemy’s platform, enhancing our enterprise learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Web APIs (REST/GraphQL) and no-code/low-code connector products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write detailed product requirements and drive the planning and prioritization processes.
  • Lead the strategy for a unified API approach, ensuring seamless integration for developers and systems integrators.
  • Create developer-centric products, focusing on usability, functionality, scale, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Leverage technical acumen to engage deeply with engineering teams, translating complex technical solutions into impactful products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly within EdTech, to inform product development and strategy.
  • Foster relationships with partners, gathering insights to enhance product offerings and improve integration processes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in technical product roles focused on APIs and integrations.
  • Proven experience writing product requirements and building product roadmaps for API products.
  • Strong background in developing no-code/low-code solutions with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, and business teams to launch and iterate on products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with EdTech platforms and interoperability standards is a plus.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol is a plus.
