Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the Windows and Devices organization. In this role:
The ideal candidate will design, implement, ship engineering and data products that transform how Windows is built and shipped.
The ideal candidate will forge partnerships and collaborate with others across the engineering and product/program management disciplines within W+D and contribute to building and maintaining a culture and environment that engenders continuous learning and open collaboration.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screening:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to resolve ambiguities effectively, prioritize and drive projects to completion, balance multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Attention to detail and a passion for great design.
Experience leveraging the latest AI technologies in real-world software solutions.

Software Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,500.00 - € 83,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
