Quality Assurance & Automation

  • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including unit, system, and regression testing
  • Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Kainos to reduce manual overhead
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, tracking defects to resolution and participating in code reviews to ensure best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Workday implementation, engineering, or systems analysis
  • Proven experience of full-lifecycle Workday implementations
  • Deep Integration Expertise: Workday Integration Orchestration, Extend, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect (CCB), PECI/PICOF, XSLT, and XML
  • Strong working knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and relational database languages (WQL or SQL)
  • Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT
  • Experience with testing automation tools (specifically Kainos) and manual testing methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM or Benefits or Compensation or Payroll architecture and business processes
  • Solid understanding of Workday Security (Security Groups, Domains, BP Policies)
