Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Our full-time internship will run for 6 months, and you will become an integrated member of the team, contributing to:

  • Engaging key stakeholders in creating and maintaining detailed editorial plans for content to be published across global social media platforms.
  • Ensuring a streamlined editorial planning process for global social in line with The LEGO Group’s social strategy.
  • Bridging editorial planning with platform execution through clear communication and feedback loops.
  • Supporting the global team with ad-hoc critical business management tasks (presentations, team meetings, bookings, note taking).

While always supported, it is crucial that the successful candidate is able to progress projects independently.

Within Direct Consumer Engagement, the Global Social Media team drive the strategic direction for how The LEGO Group can effectively engage with audiences through social platforms. They are responsible for audience expansion and engagement through a focus on channel health and performance.

This team sets the direction for social media strategy, focused on long-term optimization within an ever-changing social media environment. The team is based in Billund and around the world, and supports international colleagues across disciplines. These include a range of stakeholders across creative, marketing, analytics, product development, branding and media. They also work directly with external social platform partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are studying in the field of Social, Media, Marketing, Communication or Project Management at a Danish university in the duration of the internship. We require the delivery of an intern project, approved from your university, at the end of your 6 months internship.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team
  • You understand social media platforms and executional details
  • You are familiar with content strategy
  • You have strong organizational skills, are detail oriented and outcome focused
  • You are confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously
  • You speak and write English effortlessly
