Core Responsibilities:

Brand Planning and Implementation

· As Brand Manager Assortment in this fixed-term contract role you are the lead in ensuring our overall assortment strategy is implemented and optimized starting from scratch with key partners in what is a newly formed role.

· Collaborate with key partners In the Nordic Business Unit driving the Assortment Management agenda turning insights into actions and execution of campaigns in partnership with retailers,

· Analyses and evaluation of internal sales and distribution data turning insight into a storyline.

· Ensuring the right product distribution and pricing architecture, theme mix sits in key channels and opportunities are identified to improve commercial performance.

· Support the listing and planograms recommendation process per channel based on audience strategy and key insights e.g., ensuring top performers are listed accurately.

· Develop monthly/ quarterly reports and present insightful summaries to both internal and external partners.

· Ensure a high level of support by providing the right assortment mix for campaign or promotional activities including End Caps, Displays and Catalogues.

This team implements some of the most innovative strategic marketing plans for the LEGO brand, driving strong demand and enabling the brand image to be strengthened amongst the target consumers and shoppers.

Do you have what it takes?

· Preferably working in a category/ insight-based role in the consumer goods sector or in-country retailer with a strong business acumen.

· Significant exposure to Assortment Management, Planograms and the role of Space / Range Management is essential.

· Data driven and Excellent analytical skills to turn data into impactful storylines from scratch.

· A strong collaborator and communicator with phenomenal partner engagement skills.

· Proactive and motivated to always seek improvements

· Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
