WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an SMB Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of account executives seeking out new customers, analyzing customer requirements and providing solutions that will meet their needs. You will use your outstanding leadership skills to aid the team in closing new customers consistently each month by explaining the ABC Glofox value proposition to inbound and outbound leads and by gaining commitment to buy, virtually, over the phone, and, at times, in person. We sell to a global marketplace, and this is a great opportunity to work with and be a part of an international team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10+ years of sales or customer-facing leadership experience with a proven track record of over-achievement on KPIs
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS selling and revenue teams
- High level of commitment, attention to detail, and impeccable follow up
- 3+ years of people management experience
- A strong understanding of solution-oriented selling.
- Experience leading technical-oriented products to small-or-medium sized businesses.
- Highly motivated and competitive
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales’ cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, with fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Great teamwork skills and sense of humor
- Great work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
- A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales’ environment
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:
- Experience working in the fitness or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Passionate about fitness and the fitness industry a plus
- Strong desire to learn and develop quickly.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales.
