The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Tableau is the world's leading analytics platform, helping people and organizations become data-driven by putting the power of data into the hands of everyday people. As part of Salesforce, Tableau gives you the chance to sell trusted analytics that turn data into visual insight — helping customers see and understand their data to make faster, smarter decisions.
Your Mission
As a Tableau Account Executive, you are the go-to expert for Tableau across your dedicated UKI customer set. You'll own the full sales cycle for Tableau opportunities — from prospecting through close — using your solution selling expertise and deep product knowledge to respond efficiently to customer needs, identify Tableau-specific business potential, and build a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.

Responsibilities
  • Specialist Sales Leadership: Serve as the subject-matter expert for Tableau, partnering with core Account Executives across a dedicated customer set in the UKI market to drive specialist-led opportunities, across a complex SMB territory spanning new logo and expansion business.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive performance against key metrics with a primary focus on pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and expansion of Tableau within existing and net-new accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Bring deep expertise in Tableau to uncover business challenges and align tailored solutions to customer goals through a consultative approach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers through regular digital engagement, demos, and face-to-face meetings, independently identifying decision-makers and influencers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with core AEs, Pre-sales, Business Development, Marketing and other teams to shape deal strategy, optimize the sales funnel, structure and close specialist deals, bringing in SEs and cross-functional resources as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Proven track record of quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Territory & Account Planning: Create territory & account plans to identify, qualify, and successfully close specialist-led opportunities.
  • Research & Discovery: Uncover prospect's business challenges, processes, and strategic goals.
  • Solutioning: Craft value propositions that map to customer needs, demonstrating deep understanding of specialized technology solutions.
  • Communication: Clear, effective and timely engagement across writing, speech, presentation, and tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Slides).
  • Resourcefulness: Drive results using all tools and resources available.
  • Team Selling: Align with core AEs, Pre-sales, and partners to support deals and customer success.
  • Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and motivated by ambitious goals.
  • Language: Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Methodology: Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
  • Strategic Alliances: Ability to develop cases and lead strategic partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track Record: Consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
What's In It For You
  • Personal Wellbeing: Private health insurance, life insurance, a retirement savings plan, and a monthly wellness allowance.
  • Flexibility: Flexible time off and leave policies, plus comprehensive parental support programs.
  • Career Development: Access to world-class AI and sales training, mentorship, and a clear path for promotion within the global Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Giving Back: 7 paid volunteer days per year and donation matching for the causes you care about.
  • Perks: Employee discounts, inclusive resource groups, and a culture that celebrates Equality.
