The SharePoint Engineer will monitor system usage, perform security audits, interact with project teams, and maintain documentation. Responsibilities include patching, building SharePoint environments, improving redundancy, working with SQL databases, and automating processes using tools like PowerShell and Power Apps.

What will you be doing in this role:
- Monitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systems.
- Interact with project teams and other stakeholders involved in SharePoint infrastructure and applications.
- Produce and maintain documentation relevant to the activities.
- Monthly Patching, including automation improvements.
- Build SharePoint 2019, SharePoint SE environments, using tools such as Auto-SPInstaller and PowerShell.
- Improve redundancy and disaster recoveries capabilities of the EUAA SharePoint Farms
- Work independently with SQL server database structures, procedural programming and development of SSIS packages.
- Administration of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online platforms.
- Automations for SharePoint online using Power App flows.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- Minimum Education per EQF Level -5 (Diplomas of higher education and further education, foundation degrees and higher national diplomas)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration (on-premise & online)
- Experience working with stakeholders, project teams, and technical documentation
- Experience with PowerShell, SQL Server and Automation Tools
- Experience with Security Audits & Patch Management
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery & Redundancy Planning
- Knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps for SharePoint Online
- A strong level of the English language will be required (C1)
