This role will support the total rewards and people operations team to lead our compensation analytics and support our people analytics. You will work alongside our Total Rewards and People Operations team - supporting ~1,100 employees globally. We are looking for a fast starter to manage our international market pricing practices, compensation survey submission, and help us get ready for the EU pay transparency directive. Workday experience is required as this role will be responsible for setting up Workday advanced compensation cycles, maintaining our job architecture and salary ranges annually and helping with Workday reporting and analytics projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for international market pricing and compensation analytics as needed to support annual salary structure design and sales OTEs
Conduct regular pay analytics, annual reporting and pay equity analysis to support WP Engine’s pay transparency practices and requirements related to the EU pay transparency directive.
Responsible for compensation data governance including ownership and maintenance of our job architecture, salary structures, and sales commissions targets in Workday.
Serves as the compensation administrator preparing and maintaining the advanced compensation module in Workday for compensation planning cycles including merit, promotion, bonus and equity planning.
Participate in global compensation surveys such as Radford to collect and analyze competitive salary information.
Complete reporting requests assigned by People Operations (often via a Workday Help case) and collaborate with Employee Experience Business Partners on ad hoc workforce analysis projects.
Assists with content management in partnership with the Total Rewards team of our compensation and benefits policies and programs on our intranet site, Enginet.
Will oversee our total rewards statements platform, Pave, by maintaining and auditing the data to ensure accuracy along with working with Pave’s technical support to troubleshoot issues.
Support international benefits projects and act as a backup to international benefits as needed.
Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of compensation or related experience
Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including calculated fields, worksheets, dashboard and People Analytics.
Familiarity with HRIS data structures and data governance best practices.
Excellent experience with Google sheets and/or Excel and mail merges.
Analytical with strong execution skills to drive solutions to completion - high attention to detail.
Effective time and project management skills.
Strong written communication skills.
