What We Need2K is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our recruiting strategy across development studios and publishing teams. In this role, you'll bring full-cycle recruiting expertise, deep subject matter knowledge, and a consultative approach to help Hiring Managers make strategic, informed decisions.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end hiring across EMEA and APAC, supporting multiple functions including Engineering, Art, Animation, and Design. You'll build targeted pipelines, develop structured interview plans and processes, partner closely with Hiring Managers, and use data to drive both hiring results and continuous improvement in candidate experience and outcomes.
What You Will Do- Source, engage, and close candidates using market research, competitive intelligence, and industry insight
- Build and maintain passive and active talent pipelines across target functions
- Own the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through offer and close
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, develop interview strategies, and manage expectations
- Build cross-functional relationships with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Compensation, Global Mobility, and Immigration teams
- Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on recruiting activities, pipeline health, and outcomes
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform sourcing and positioning strategies
- Identify process improvements and participate in recruiting projects as needed
- Strong experience of full-cycle inhouse recruiting
- Experience recruiting in the video game industry. Experience recruiting for technical and creative functions
- Proven track record recruiting in international environments across multiple regions
- Demonstrated success managing multiple hiring teams and shifting priorities
- Exceptional client management skills: active listening, stakeholder influencing, and ability to drive accountability across functions
- Strong organisational and follow-through abilities; comfortable managing complex, competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to make timely decisions that balance business needs with candidate experience
- Ability to build effective relationships with leaders at all levels
- Expert proficiency with full-cycle ATS and recruiting platforms
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar CRM and analytics tools
