Senior Surveyor - Property Management

JLL are seeking a Senior Surveyor for our Property Management team. We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market.
 

What this job involves: 
• Lead strategic asset management initiatives to maximize value across our managed portfolio • Develop and execute comprehensive annual property strategy plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Clients, their tenants, occupiers and key advisors

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance on Property Management functions across the portfolio

• Lead complex rent reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to optimize income streams

• Partner with senior management and the Property Management Accounts team to deliver sophisticated financial management services

• Prepare and present detailed Client reporting and strategic recommendations for portfolios under your management

• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practice property management • Join the No. 1 Market Leader in commercial property in Ireland

• Lead strategic management initiatives

Required competencies: 

• Professional Property Qualification (RICS/SCSI) essential and clean drivers' licence

• A senior professional with proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking

• Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and execute value-add strategies across complex portfolios

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships

• Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Advanced verbal and numerical skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proven ability to work autonomously while providing strategic direction to others

• Experience with complex commercial property transactions and negotiations
