Pluralsight’s Success Strategy and Operations department is charged with helping leaders in our company optimize the way that we operate the business. The work is sustained on a vast amount of data and discussions with success managers and key collaborators across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Who you’re committed to being:

  • A trusted advisor to our EMEA Success teams to drive and track the business under a meticulous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.

  • Be the owner of the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews, assessment of risk and opportunity, etc.)

  • Flexible and able to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency.

  • A great teammate willing to help their colleagues, when necessary.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and support data-based decision making.

  • Build sophisticated analytical models that further our understanding of the business. Create and present compelling practical road maps around your findings.

  • Manage the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards. Establish monthly cadenced business reporting and meetings.

  • Partner effectively across various organizations (HR, Finance, Data Science, Enablement, Sales and Marketing) to drive insights for the business

  • In partnership with Data Science team, own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements

  • Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies

Experience you’ll bring:

  • BA/BS degree and exposure to Economics, Math, Statistics, Finance, Operations, and Business.

  • 5+ years' experience working in business intelligence, analytics, business operations, consulting, as an analyst, or a similarly quantitative role.

  • A solid understanding of Salesforce and Tableau, with People.ai and Anaplan as nice-to-haves

  • GSuite presentation building and modeling experience

  • Experience supporting Customer Success and Professional Service teams with workflow optimization, reporting and analytics, and program management.

  • Experience building and maintaining tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, FinancialForce, and/or other Success systems a strong plus

  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects cross functionally.

  • Proficiency using Snowflake or SQL to query large data sets a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.
