We’re looking for a talented Senior Statistical Programmer to become a key contributor within our diverse, collaborative, and forward‑thinking team. At ICON, you’ll play an integral role in transforming clinical trial data into meaningful insights that drive critical decision‑making in global healthcare.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and validating high‑quality statistical programs, partnering closely with expert biostatisticians, and ensuring our outputs meet the highest scientific and regulatory standards. Your expertise will directly support the success of our clinical studies and the advancement of life‑changing therapies.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Designing, developing, and validating SAS programs to support statistical analysis and reporting of clinical trial data.

  • Collaborating with biostatisticians to shape analysis plans, identify appropriate methodologies, and deliver reliable insights.

  • Conducting comprehensive quality control checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of statistical outputs.

  • Supporting the creation of statistical reports, presentations, and regulatory submission documentation.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance programming processes, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in statistical programming, ideally within clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong command of SAS programming, with a solid grounding in statistical concepts and clinical data analysis.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills and the confidence to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
