As a UK and Ireland Cloud and AI Platform Specialist Manager, based in Dublin, you will lead a high-performing team serving commercial and public sector organizations across the UK and Ireland. You will guide your team to help customers achieve more through Microsoft's Cloud & AI platforms, with a focus on key workloads such as Databases, Fabric, Foundry, and GitHub.
In this role, you will lead your team to grow the overall Azure business while deepening adoption of strategic workloads across the SME&C Corporate segment. You will work as part of the extended leadership team for one of the largest Azure businesses in the region, helping customers in a highly developed market accelerate their journey to becoming frontier organizations. You will use your technical, commercial, and leadership expertise to shape strategy, remove blockers, and inspire your team to deliver effective, sustainable growth.

- Lead and coach a team of specialists to develop and execute strategies that drive and close opportunities for Microsoft cloud and artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring comprehensive alignment with account teams and predictable deal closure.
- Guide the team in building and managing a healthy pipeline across the UK and Ireland Corporate segment, leveraging stakeholders and partners to identify new opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Act as a thought leader in digital transformation, helping your team connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact and advising customers on how cloud and AI platforms can address their strategic priorities.
- Build and transform new markets by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources; lead the team to explore emerging opportunities and optimize the solution portfolio to facilitate customer innovation.
- Oversee end-to-end business performance across the territory, ensuring sales targets, operational standards, and certification expectations are met while fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and growth.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, AND advanced experience in technology-related sales or customer relationship management; OR highly developed experience in technology-related sales or customer relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or a relevant discipline, AND advanced experience in technology-related sales or customer relationship management; OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline, AND highly developed experience in technology-related sales or customer relationship management; OR highly developed experience in technology-related sales or customer relationship management.
- Advanced experience in solution or services sales.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supporting the development of others.
- Extensive people management experience.
Digital Solution Area Specialists M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 83,900.00 - € 145,800.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
