Job Description

To lead and oversee fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of fit-out processes, and excellent communication skills. 

  • Lead standard office fit-out projects through the full lifecycle from project setup to close-out. 

  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and reporting to achieve agreed client outcomes. 

  • Own day-to-day client communication and maintain confidence through proactive issue management. 

  • Lead project meetings and stakeholder coordination across client, consultants, landlord, vendors, and contractors. 

  • Manage procurement, tendering, bid evaluation, and appointment recommendations in line with project strategy. 

  • Control project changes, approvals, and commercial impacts through proper governance. 

  • Monitor design and construction progress, identify issues early, and drive corrective actions. 

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. 

  • Issue regular project reports with clear status, risks, decisions, and next steps. 

  • Utilize company service standards and contribute to improving templates and processes 

  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, preparing case studies and building strong client relationships  

  • Actively contribute as a team member by proactively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and ensuring continuity of delivery during their absence. 

  • Focus on independent delivery, client management, control of project outcomes, and reliable execution. 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in fit-out or construction. 

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field will be an advantage.   

  • Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building regulations.  

  • Excellent project planning and budgeting skills.  

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).  

  • Proactive, organized and thorough with a strong work ethic  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication  

  • Experience of analyzing data and presenting Management Information is an advantage  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  

  • Fluent in Polish, English proficiency required. 

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve project delivery 

  • High IT literacy.
