This role is perfect for someone who wants to work smarter, not just harder. You'll be part of a lean, supportive team where people drive the thinking, and AI helps with the heavy lifting - whether that's drafting first-pass content, repurposing assets, or automating repetitive workflows.
As a Senior Product Marketing manager at HiBob, you'll lead strategic go-to-market initiatives across segments and regions. This is a global role partnering with regional sales, marketing, and our other wider product marketing team to develop compelling value propositions and tailored strategies for diverse industries, buyer personas, and market dynamics. You'll bring together customer insight, stakeholder alignment, and business impact to shape messaging, content, and enablement that drives pipeline and revenue. You'll also leverage AI tools and scalable workflows to amplify your output - freeing up more time for high-impact, creative work.
Collaborate closely with your team, manager, and HiBob's in-house AI team to shape and implement an AI strategy that enhances product marketing GTM workflows and scales execution across segments and regions.
Partner with global sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline and revenue through tailored, insight-driven go-to-market strategies.
Develop compelling messaging, content, and enablement that reflects deep customer understanding and delivers measurable business impact.
Job Requirements
Must-haves
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills with a focus on business outcomes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • A track record of developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities across formats (e.g. one-pagers, decks, web copy, sales tools)
  • Experience conducting customer research, persona development, and win/loss analysis
  • Comfort working across regions and tailoring messaging by geography, vertical, or buyer persona
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Claude, or NotebookLM) as part of day-to-day product marketing work

Nice to have
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, Mutiny, Folloze) to support content creation or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and field marketing collaboration
  • Background in HCM or experience marketing to HR, IT, or Finance buyers
  • Exposure to multiple customer segments (e.g. mid-market, large accounts, regional enterprise)

  • A collaborative approach - comfortable working across functions and time zones
  • An interest in exploring how AI can elevate creativity, improve efficiency, and scale impact

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver actionable market, customer, and competitive insights across key segments and regions
  • Develop value propositions and messaging focused on business outcomes, tailored by persona, geography, and industry
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for launches and key initiatives, partnering with regional teams to adapt for local relevance
  • Act as the voice of the customer across growth segments, refining ICP definitions, advocating for buyer needs, and identifying evolving trends
  • Collaborate with global marketing to design and deliver targeted campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified pipeline
  • Partner with sales leaders to shape account strategies and deliver GTM motions that support complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand buying dynamics and sharpen positioning over time
  • Use AI tools to create and repurpose content at scale - including one-pagers, decks, web copy, videos, and persona-specific collateral
  • Collaborate with our internal AI and PMM teams to test and refine repeatable prompt libraries and workflow templates
  • Continuously explore new AI tools and processes to improve GTM speed, content consistency, and global scalability
