About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager at HiBob, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth across our customer base, managing sophisticated sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders to position HiBob as a critical partner to our clients' success.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a high-value book of business, applying strategic thinking and sales mastery to uncover opportunities, lead complex deal cycles, and consistently exceed targets. Your ability to influence C-level decision-makers and champion a value-based sales approach will be central to your success.
You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers to ensure a unified approach to customer growth-leading by example in how we position, sell, and deliver value.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, with a very strong track record of delivering upsell revenue and consistently achieving and overachieving targets.
- Demonstrable mastery of the MEDDPICC framework, with proven success in managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience engaging directly with Economic Buyers and influencing C-level executives.
- Solid understanding of the HR tech landscape , with experience selling HR software solutions.
- Familiarity with 360 sales motions (new business and upsell)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to accurately forecast revenue.
- Deeply consultative, value-driven sales style that uncovers strategic needs and ties them to product value.
- Experience managing an EMEA book of business with KPIs focused on expansion.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard sales tech stack tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive high-value upsell opportunities within existing accounts, delivering significant new ARR through consultative selling.
- Complex Sales Execution: Navigate and close sophisticated deal cycles using the MEDDPICC framework as your core methodology.
- Executive Engagement: Consistently engage and influence Economic Buyers and C-level stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Strategic Account Management: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and position HiBob as a long-term partner.
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a robust, data-driven pipeline, accurately forecasting and prioritising opportunities aligned to revenue goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to align on customer needs and execute tailored growth strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Role model sales hygiene, reporting accuracy, and effective use of tools such as Salesforce.
- Best Practice Leadership: Embody and champion HiBob's best practices in sales approach and customer engagement.
