MongoDB’s Marketing Technology team is looking for a Senior Manager, Martech Transformation to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of our Adobe technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with program management ownership, focused on driving the adoption, configuration, and integration of Adobe solutions across MongoDB’s marketing organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with Adobe enterprise products, a strong product mindset, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to marketing, IT, and analytics teams. You’ll serve as the internal subject matter expert on Adobe, owning the roadmap for implementation, governance, and continuous improvement across the suite.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of Adobe suite products across Marketing, including parts of AEM, Marketo Engage, Workfront, CJA, RTCDP, etc.
- Act as the primary program manager for Adobe initiatives: defining project scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones
- Partner with Campaign Operations, Architects, Platform owners, IT, and Engineering to integrate Adobe products into the broader MarTech ecosystem
- Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical configurations and workflows across Adobe products
- Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and change management processes for the Adobe practice
- Evaluate and recommend new Adobe capabilities and integrations that align with MongoDB's marketing strategy
- Serve as the internal expert and go-to consultant on Adobe products. Enabling teams to maximize platform value
- Support vendor relationship management with Adobe, including license governance and product roadmap alignment
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or enterprise platform implementation roles
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering Adobe suite products, including: Marketo, Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, or Campaign
- Demonstrated program management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign operations, and the broader MarTech landscape
- Ability to translate business needs into platform configurations, workflows, and scalable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable working across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build documentation, governance frameworks, and operational best practices
- Curious, structured, and proactive — able to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and system schemas within the Adobe ecosystem
- Exposure to AI-assisted marketing workflows or Adobe Sensei-powered capabilities
- Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- People management experience or demonstrated ability to scale a practice and mentor others
