As a Senior Manager, Regional HR Operations at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across designated regions, ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively and align with our organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

You will manage human resources activities across your area, ensuring your team delivers to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR operational strategies that support regional business objectives and enhance service delivery.
  • Managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborating with regional leaders to identify HR needs and develop tailored solutions that address workforce challenges.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Staying updated on regional labor laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong background in human resources, with proven management experience and a commitment to quality delivery.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in HR operations, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation in the relevant regions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse workforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of using data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
