Job Description:
Workhuman is seeking an experienced technical leader who will play a central role in shaping and implementing all change to this core back office function.
You will lead a team of engineers and act as the technical thought leader for all ERP changes.
Given our company's rate of growth, you will have an opportunity to define the optimal use of ERP with our business teams and the most appropriate methods for change within the application.

The Skills you will bring

  • Experience with implementing customisation changes to ERP systems
  • Experience with quality methods and procedures covering the standard software development lifecycle
  • Experience of standard application management procedures covering system health checking, upgrade implementation and associated works
  • Experience implementing projects using Agile or Hybrid Agile methodologies
  • Experience with functional and line management leadership of technical engineering SMEs


Achievements

  • Delivery record of leading team implementations of customisation changes to ERP systems
  • Delivery of ERP projects that support Finance and Operations functions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new system configurations and business processes
  • Proven experience/ability to adjust approach based on audience to ensure successful outcomes
