About the role
As our Senior KAM, you will:

Develop and execute a vision and strategy to drive transformational growth on designated retailer accounts, own and manage multiple Irish retailer strategies to align with Cluster strategy and direction.

Anticipate changes in the retail landscape, shopper behaviour, and competitors, developing comprehensive business plans to ensure future profitable growth.

Have good understanding of T2T and QBR retailer management.

Possess a good level of knowledge of Irish physical retail and business models, including assisted store.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as commercial, finance, and operations to align retailer plans with overall company objectives.

Deliver sales and profitability targets in alignment with budget constraints, ensuring effective management of promotional activities.

Administer all aspects of the promotional planning cycle, including agreement, communication, and updates.

Provide accurate twelve-month rolling forecasts considering sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and product dynamics.

Manage promotional budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with retail activity plans.

Understand retailer profitability through regular analysis, utilizing tools such as retained margin trackers.

Ensure high standards of execution for the Dyson brand both online and in physical stores, maintaining selective distribution agreements.

Maximize shopper and consumer understanding through effective category management initiatives.

Be the single point of contact locally for day-to-day market activities.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams effectively.

At least six years of experience in account management, preferably in consumer goods or retail.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in senior-level account negotiations.

Experience in budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines.

Solid understanding of financial principles and commercial awareness.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, fluency in English.

Demonstrable ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Readiness to work remotely and independently with regular support from GB market office.

Competent in people management, with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
