Overview:
About the Team: The People Operations team is a strategic business function that focuses on putting employees first by humanizing impersonal systems and continuously improving employee engagement, development, and retention. Team members within the People Operations family will oversee the entire employees lifecycle from hiring to departure, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
As a Senior HR Analyst, People Operations you will be responsible for supporting team members across the organization by playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing employee experience and creating a culture and environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute to the organization’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the overall HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Conduct analysis of HR data to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, and employee satisfaction.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advanced support to employees on complex HR-related issues, benefits, and policies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and databases. Generate reports and analytics as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Proficiency with HRIS (preferably Workday)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven experience in human resources and knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to change, and maintain confidentiality
Desirable Requirements
- HR Certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
