Own the gamification strategy end-to-end, design, launch, and continuously optimize mechanics to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives;
Build and manage complex gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs across multiple brands and markets;
Define A/B testing frameworks and segmentation logic to validate mechanics and maximize impact;
Lead cross-functional collaboration with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive player experiences;
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to introduce innovative, best-in-class gamification solutions;
Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the gamification function;
Prepare reports, insights, and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance and player behavior.
2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, or Retention within iGaming, including a track record of owning gamification initiatives end-to-end;
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in KPIs, player segmentation, retention metrics, and A/B testing;
Proven experience designing and managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics at scale;
Ability to lead projects and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
