- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction and support in the design and implementation of React/Angular and .NET applications. Participate in code reviews and pair programming. Develop low-level design for APIs etc. Design and develop applications through the full SDLC in a DevOps environment. Create unit and integration tests
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your experience should demonstrate….
- Minimum 10 years of hands development experience in a .NET enterprise environment
- Minimum 5 years of React or Angular development experience
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Strong experience with C#, React/Angular, SQL, Entity Framework, .NET, .NET Core, Web API and other related technologies.
- Demonstrable experience building REST APIs
- Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns to deliver clean, maintainable code.
- Worked in Agile with knowledge of Scrum processes
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and strategies
- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git
- Experience as a best practice advisor across software engineering, architecture, security and data governance
- Implementation lead experience in developing core components of a technical architecture including APIs
- Experience working with stakeholders to help define business requirements for systems based on outlined strategic technology platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
