Senior Finance Analyst

About Your Role:

This is an EMEA wide Senior Finance Analyst role working with multiple number of finance teams with exposure to working alongside the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing automation and streamlined processes across finance functions. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation tools is essential for this role.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions 
  • Develop and implement the vision for a modern, digital finance function. Drive the selection and implementation of finance technologies. Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user adoption 
  • Establish standardized, centralized data sets for enhanced insights and analytics. Improve reporting tools and technologies to deliver real time business information to leaders 
  • Month end deliverables. consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast. Validate completeness and reasonability of submissions. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis. 
  • Co-ordinating forecasting and planning guidance and assisting with local finance teams where needed. Maintain templates to ensure correct corporate deliverables are met. Help maintain headcount tracking and produce Monthly headcount report. 

Experience You’ll Need to Have:

  • University degree in finance or accounting related field. 
  • Strong understanding of modern finance technologies, including AI, Power BI, Power Automation, Power Apps, automation, and ERP systems 
  • Expertise in Finance processes. Experience leading system or process improvement initiatives 
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile delivery. Ability to analyse large amounts of data from various sources, with complete attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Can translate insights into opportunities, interpreting financial data for a business audience and understanding how corporate strategy drives functional goals.  

Experience that Would Be Great to Have:

  • 4+ years of finance related experience
