Owns client discovery, regional demand prioritization, product governance, pricing and contract standards, documentation, reporting, market intelligence, and AI adoption. Chairs senior product review forums, coordinates regional and global stakeholders, maintains product catalogues and KPIs, and builds scalable processes and teams supporting consistent platform adoption and revenue growth.

Lead EMEA corporate social responsibility, sustainability, community engagement, volunteering, and associate-focused programs. Develop regional roadmaps, translate global priorities into measurable initiatives, manage reporting and governance, monitor ESG regulations, oversee nonprofit relationships, support employee resource groups, manage budgets and vendors, and influence senior stakeholders across countries and functions.

Design, build, and modernize cloud-native, event-driven microservices for payments. Embed AI/ML and AI-assisted workflows, improve developer experience with automation and IaC, enforce observability and reliability, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Build and maintain cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platforms and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Helm, Jenkins) to enable multi-region, multi-tenant deployments. Improve developer experience through automation, observability, security and compliance integration, and support engineering teams to deploy and operate scalable payment services.

Lead SRE responsible for production readiness, observability, SLO/SLI definition, incident response, resilience engineering, automation of operational toil, capacity planning, and supporting engineering teams during a migration to a cloud-native, event-driven payments platform.

Lead programme-level quality strategy for a large-scale payments platform migration to event-driven microservices on AWS. Define cross-domain testing standards, parity validation, performance/resilience testing, test data strategy, CI/GitOps integration, and tooling to prove financial equivalence between legacy and new systems.

Lead modernization stream to transition payment processing systems to microservices and event-driven architecture. Design and deliver scalable Java-based cloud-native solutions on AWS using Kafka and Kubernetes. Drive engineering excellence, CI/CD improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture, operations, and compliance to move initiatives from concept to production.

Lead EMEA Technology financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and executive decision support. Partner with technology leaders on investment governance, application development portfolios, project capitalization, resource planning, transformation initiatives, cost allocation, and benefits tracking. Improve forecast accuracy, oversee financial controls, analyze workforce capacity and demand, and provide strategic insights across infrastructure, application development, and cybersecurity.
