Design and deliver scalable Java-based cloud-native solutions on AWS using Kafka and Kubernetes. Drive engineering excellence, CI/CD improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture, operations, and compliance to move initiatives from concept to production.

Design, build, and modernize cloud-native, event-driven microservices for payments. Embed AI/ML and AI-assisted workflows, improve developer experience with automation and IaC, enforce observability and reliability, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Lead SRE responsible for production readiness, observability, SLO/SLI definition, incident response, resilience engineering, automation of operational toil, capacity planning, and supporting engineering teams during a migration to a cloud-native, event-driven payments platform.

Build and maintain cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platforms and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Helm, Jenkins) to enable multi-region, multi-tenant deployments. Improve developer experience through automation, observability, security and compliance integration, and support engineering teams to deploy and operate scalable payment services.

Lead programme-level quality strategy for a large-scale payments platform migration to event-driven microservices on AWS. Define cross-domain testing standards, parity validation, performance/resilience testing, test data strategy, CI/GitOps integration, and tooling to prove financial equivalence between legacy and new systems.
