Leads Product Operations and enablement across EMEA Financial Solutions. Owns client discovery, regional demand prioritization, product governance, pricing and contract standards, documentation, reporting, market intelligence, and AI adoption. Chairs senior product review forums, coordinates regional and global stakeholders, maintains product catalogues and KPIs, and builds scalable processes and teams supporting consistent platform adoption and revenue growth.

Lead and develop engineering teams to modernize a high-volume payment platform from monolith to event-driven microservices on AWS. Own delivery outcomes, participate in architecture and design, enforce TDD/CI/CD/observability, remove blockers, collaborate cross-site, and embed AI-assisted development into engineering practices.

Leads end-to-end bid management, coordinating cross-functional teams through opportunity qualification, proposal development, approvals, pricing, submission, and handover. Writes and edits RFP/RFI responses and pitch materials, develops win themes and competitor assessments, validates inputs, manages governance and deadlines, and improves bid processes, templates, and content libraries. The role partners with sales, product, delivery, legal, and finance stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Lead EMEA Technology financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and executive decision support. Partner with technology leaders on investment governance, application development portfolios, project capitalization, resource planning, transformation initiatives, cost allocation, and benefits tracking. Improve forecast accuracy, oversee financial controls, analyze workforce capacity and demand, and provide strategic insights across infrastructure, application development, and cybersecurity.

The Senior Finance Analyst modernizes and automates finance processes across EMEA. Responsibilities include implementing finance technologies, developing standardized data sets, improving reporting and analytics, consolidating actuals and forecasts, supporting month-end close, coordinating planning guidance, tracking headcount, and delivering financial analysis to senior leaders. The role requires collaboration across finance, technology, and operations teams, as well as change management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and process improvement expertise.
