Role Overview
The Senior Director – Record to Report Optimization lead is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving continuous operational excellence, standardization, and transformation across global business functions. The role holds accountability for developing and maintaining a transparent, streamlined, and scalable service delivery model. This includes leveraging best-in-class methodologies, challenging established practices, and embracing innovation to ensure that the organization’s operations are future-ready, cost-effective, and resilient.
Reporting to Vice President for Finance Optimization, the Senior Director will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners, including Operations Units (OU), TCCC Functional Hubs (FH), Genpact Functional Hubs, DTS, Contractors, and other third-party vendors. This role demands a visionary leader with the ability to balance strategic foresight, operational rigor, and stakeholder management to enable transformative change.

Key Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy.
Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional and multi-geographic teams with high impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, and cloud technologies.
Ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

$175,000 - $202,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
