We are seeking a strategic, user-focused, and technically fluent Sr Advisor, Product Manager to lead analytics enablement within the OneTru platform. This role will bridge the needs of analytics end users, including data scientists, analysts, and governance teams, with platform engineering. You’ll champion the migration of users from our on-prem analytics platform into OneTru by ensuring they have secure, governed, and intuitive access to trusted data, models, and workflows.
You’ll partner with UX, engineering, and domain PMs to define personas, capture jobs-to-be-done, and deliver seamless, scalable user journeys that make OneTru indispensable to our internal and external customers.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management for analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle, ML governance frameworks, and analytics best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workflows into simplified, user-centric platform capabilities.
  • Deep empathy for internal users (DSA, deployment, governance, operations) and proven track record of advocating for user needs.
  • Experience partnering with UX teams to define personas, map journeys, and translate them into platform requirements.
  • Strong facilitator with the ability to lead discovery workshops and align engineering, UX, and product priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in operating in a fast-paced, agile environment with a bias for execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • User Discovery & Advocacy: Partner with analytics end users (DSA, migration users, governance teams) to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements.
  • UX Collaboration: Work with UX researchers to define personas and jobs-to-be-done for analytics users; convert insights into actionable requirements.
  • OnPrem to OneTru Migration: Lead requirements gathering and prioritization to transition Shape users to OneTru, ensuring continuity and improved user experience while keeping cost under control.
  • Platform Requirements: Translate analytics needs into OneTru capabilities for data access, governance, compute, model sharing, and fulfillment.
  • MVP Definition: Define and prioritize MVPs and iterative enhancements, ensuring engineering has clear, feasible, and user-validated requirements.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, and other Platform PMs to align dependencies across OneTru components.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all analytics enablement features comply with FCRA, data privacy, and access control policies.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Define KPIs for adoption, usability, and compliance; drive strategies to ensure smooth onboarding and migration for analytics teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Run regular working sessions with users, PMs, and engineering to validate concepts, close gaps, and keep feedback loops tight.

  • Migration Enablement: Lead the OneTru migration by mapping workflows, eliminating friction, and ensuring user readiness.
  • User Experience Leadership: Champion a customer-back mindset, embedding user needs into every stage of platform development.
  • Strategic Roadmap Influence: Identify analytics capability gaps and shape the OneTru roadmap to accelerate adoption and time-to-market.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs for quality, usability, adoption, and compliance, driving iterative improvements to user experience.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics and ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Knowledge of cloud ML architecture and deployment patterns.
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy practices, including role-based access control, encryption, and data masking.
  • Experience with AI/ML model productionization and lifecycle management

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
